Case History: Romil was struggling with weight management for quite a long time. He tried various diets to shed off his extra weight. When on diet he would reduce about 5-7kgs, but he was unfortunately not able to sustain his weight loss as he again resorted to quick fad diets.



Approach by the best fitness nutritionist in Hyderabad, Telangana, India: Based on his dietary pattern, we discovered that he would finish up his meals within just a couple of minutes or up to a maximum of five minutes. Soon after, he would feel hungry again, but would try to control his hunger with his will power. Optimum protein and complex carbohydrate inclusion was done along with taking care of healthy fats in his diet. Our main goal was to keep a track on his eating pace and his satiety levels.



Result: He lost 6 kilos in only 3 weeks while enjoying nutritious foods that suited his palate, and in 9 weeks he lost 10 kgs. In three months, he lost 13 kgs that he had been maintaining for well over a year. Now he feels more motivated and energetic and he has also regulated and maintained his eating speed.
